Our current scope of property professional
services involve two major departments which are
Valuation and Real Estate Agency.
As a property professional in the Valuation
Department, your designation will be as a
Valuation Executive involving with some or all
of the following for valuation of properties:
Valuing properties ranging from
simple residential, commercial,
industrial and agricultural
smallholdings to complex
properties.
Preparation of full valuation
reports involving proper
inspections of properties and
efficient analysis of gathered
data.
Marketing activity to procure
valuation work from existing and
new clients.
Valuation Executive
To be a Valuation Executive, Diploma and/or Degree
holders of related Real Estate/Property/Estate
Management discipline are encouraged to apply.
It doesn't matter if you're starting new or with
experience. It's the need to expand one's horizon
and to broaden one's interest in the property
profession that we highly valued coupled with
loyalty, positive attitude and hard work.

Real Estate Negotiator need to have a full driving
license and own transport. Whatever you are be it a
university graduate, sales person, teacher, bank
officer, pensioner or marketing executive in any
field, the qualification that we require and value
most is the 'can do' (Malaysia Boleh!) attitude.
