Encik Firdaus Musa serves as the Managing Director and main partner of Firdaus & Associates overlooking the general management of the firm.  Under his leadership, Firdaus & Associates has grown from a small proprietorship into a respected incorporated property professional firm. 

Prior to founding the firm, he has served in Knight Frank Baillieu where he attains his registration and professional certification. He has also held senior positions and directorships in Azmi & Co. and Amona Consolidated Holdings.

Firdaus earned his honours bachelor’s degree in Urban Estate Management from Kingston University, London, England and a full fledged Registered Valuer and Real Estate  Agent with over 15 years of working experience in the property industry.

He is a professional member of the Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia since 1995.

He garnered vast experience in valuation and agency works of large scale assignments of various types of properties, property development and project management including commercial, condominium, marina resort and mixed development projects.

Sr Azmi Hj Omar is the Executive Director and a partner of Firdaus & Associates overseeing all aspects of valuation work and property management functions. In this capacity, he is in charge of the firm’s northern branch in Butterworth, Penang, and overall, responsible for managing relationships with financial institutions, corporate clients, land administrators and statutory regulators for various valuation work.

Prior to joining the firm in 2008, he was a partner and director of Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partners Sdn. Bhd., mainly in charge of the firm’s Butterworth branch office, which he personally set up and managed for the past 13 years for the group. and covers the states within the Northern Corridor Economic Region of peninsula Malaysia.

Azmi has almost 20 years of Valuation and Property Management experience including with several diverse property consultancy firms in Kuala Lumpur, namely Suleiman & Co., Colliers Jordan Lee & Jaafar Sdn. Bhd., Asia Pacific Properties Sdn. Bhd. (research), and Chesterton International (M) Sdn. Bhd. Other than normal day-to-day activities, he has given talks in several Valuation Teach-Ins and Seminars to several financial institutions.
He has also been appointed as an Assessor in the High Court over land acquisition proceedings, apart from being an Expert Witness in numerous proceedings in the Court of Law and Arbitration. He has vast experience in large-scale valuation assignments and property management.
Azmi graduated with an honours bachelor’s degree in Land Management from the University of Reading, England, UK, and is a full-fledged Registered Valuer and Real Estate Agent. He is also a licensed auctioneer for the State of Penang. He is a professional member of the Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, and a Chartered Surveyor by virtue of his professional membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK.
